Triple-terrace site in Waverley for sale after more than half a century

Three terraces in a fashionable retail strip in Sydney’s eastern suburbs are being sold by the family who have owned them for more than 50 years.

The mixed-use properties, at 247-251 Bronte Road, Waverley, are in the Charing Cross retail strip and will be sold in one line by CBRE South Sydney‘s Tony Braham.

According to the listing, two of the terraces are being rebuilt after a recent fire and will soon be fully renovated.

Many of the terraces in the area, a B4 Mixed Use zone, had been developed into residential-retail premises of three and four levels.

The properties for sale have rear-lane access, parking and a 12-metre street frontage.

Bondi Junction train station and the Westfield Bondi Junction shopping centre are within walking distance of the 494-square-metre site, which is between Queens Park and Bronte.
