Franze said the DA approval would add to the popularity of the listing.

Franze said the warehouse space currently offered 310 square metres of internal space and almost 285 square metres of land area.

The existing DA approval is for an additional 522 square metres of commercial use, including a 122-square-metre basement, a 264-square-metre ground floor, 136 square metres level one and a balcony space of 17 square metres.
