Here are five standout orchards and farms currently on the market across the country.
1. Cavour and Wallaroo Orchards, Riverina, NSW
Located in one of the country’s most productive horticultural regions are two large-scale almond orchards up for sale. Cavour is a 733-hectare landholding with 497 hectares of almonds, while Wallaroo is a 314-hectare landholding with 236 hectares of orchards.
With trees planted between 2019 and 2022, this is a young orchard backed by significant water entitlements from groundwater and the Murrumbidgee River.
