    The hotel presently trades from Tuesday to Sunday and is operated by the licensee full time, his partner (part time) with occasional casual staff as required. Meals are provided on Friday nights and there is also Saturday lunch and dinner. Numbers average about 60-70 meals per week. The overall turnover of the pub is modest but enough to provide a living for the licensee and partner.
