This working banana farm currently has 15.378 ha (38 acres) of producing bananas with the lease including the crop and machinery and equipment (see below list).
Immediately following approval of finance you will have preliminary possession to work and harvest the banana plantation to your benefit.
Another 6.4 ha (16 acres) is available for further expansion of the banana plantation which includes underground irrigation pipe. This offer is optional.
Ongoing cost for the lease is $500 per acre per year + CPI increase of no more than 4% per year for 5 years with an option of another 5 years.
Included in the lease is the use of the following items, all in working order:

1 x Gantry for one banana trailer
Banana rollers
Underground hydraulic pallet stacker
Shed - 18 x 18 metres = 324 metres x 3.8 metres high + apex
200 mm bore with 20 HP electric motor, undertree irrigation sprinklers, underground irrigation pipes and submersible pump, suitable to irrigate 15 acres at a time.
* These items remain the property of the Lessor at the end of the lease.
* All break downs and repairs are to be fixed at the Lessees cost at the end of the lease, fair wear and tear is expected.
