The proposal for this site will include 34 independent living units across the site, and at least 55 serviced apartments to be developed within a 2-3 level apartment complex at the rear of the site. The majority of the independent living units will comprise two bedroom accommodation, and many will contain an option to extend to a third bedroom/study configuration.
The units will include a carport or lock-up garage attached to the unit, providing access directly to the interior. The improvements will be set out in a cluster style development with the units built in clusters of up to 20.
Car parking and access will be provided via Spring Road, with feeder roads running across the site and between the clusters of units, to the east side of the two and three storey apartment building, where visitors and apartment resident car spaces will be provided.
