    Feature of the property is approx 320Ha enclosed by 6'6" heavy duty exclusion fence, this area being divided into 5 separate paddocks with 1.2M ringlock/steel post fencing. The balance of this area about 400Ha, consists of open grazing and timbered ridge on the western boundary.
    Some 200ha inside the fence has been cultivated but returned to grass, with some introduced species- panic, Rhodes and buffel evident.
