    The 4 generous size bedrooms all have built in robes, the master bedroom has a walk in robe, a large ensuit with a full size spa bath, and a large double shower.
    The open kitchen, dining and lounge room face west with fantastic views of magical sunsets, and the main house dam . You really know you are in the country.
    The house is kept warm during winter due to a very efficient wood heater, it sufficiently keeps the whole house warm and cosy.
    One of the features of the property is the Hut / BBQ area behind the main house. It has a large open fire and is the perfect location for Sunday breakfasts, entertaining and special occasions. Nothing beats sitting back listening to a few tunes whilst watching the bird life coming and going to the bird feeder. The house lawns are watered by a pop up watering system which even through the recent drought there was plenty of water.
    In addition to the main residence there are 2 other cottages, that are rented out through Airbnb. They are both private are seperate to the main house.

    The first is Kangaroo Cottage, a 2 bedroom cottage. The cottage has a nice warm fireplace, new paint, water filter system, a new shower screen and vanity and a vibe that is so relaxing that most wish they had stayed longer. Part of the appeal is the outside fire pit, the sunsets, the serenity and ambience.

    The second cottage, Kookaburra Cottage, so named after the family of Kookaburras that are often heard nearby also giving its name to the property Kookaburra Ridge. It is an A frame dwelling with the second bedroom being a loft. It has a totally different vibe to the first with a very relaxed, peaceful open feel. It has recently undergone a makeover with new paint inside, a new shower screen, a brand new kitchen, and appliances plus all new carpet and Lino in the bathroom and also a new water filter and electric hot water system. The cottage is set back amongst the trees and backs onto open farm land, most days kangaroos can be seen grazing nearby. The cottage has its own chicken coop and vegetables gardens, and a fully fenced yard. there is plenty of chicken manure to fertilise the vegetables gardens..

    We also offer camping through Wikicamps and Hipcamp. We have a designated, private area at the rear of the property. This is for campers and travellers who are self sufficient, who maybe have pets and prefer the peace and quiet of being away from the crowds. This is popular and brings in $30 a night per vehicle on weekends and $22 a night week days.

    The farm was originally set up as a market garden, employing over 20 people at its peak. With a large 28 x 16 metre shed and processing area, complete with its own cool room. The property also has over 4 kms of automated hydroponic beds, with all new watering hoses and drippers. Its all set up ready to start producing income. The road side stall at the entrance to the property makes selling excess produce another good income stream.

    We currently have an area the size of a footy field, irrigated and planted out with different varieties of watermelons, rockmelons and pumpkins which will be ready to harvest around Christmas time. This should bring in a good amount of income, with minimal effort.

    The farm is also setup and ready to grow produce, whether for the markets or for yourself with surplus sold through the roadside stall. Also with minimal effort the fox proof chicken enclosure runs 150 chickens that produce around 65 dozen eggs a week, and sold for around $450 a week, with a years supply of egg cartons included and a automated watering system, it really is so easy and enj
