TFE Hotels to open new Vibe hotel in Darling Harbour
TFE Hotels will operate a new 4.5-star New Generation Vibe hotel at 319-325 Sussex Street in Darling Harbour, to be developed by Sydney developer Icon Oceania.
The hotel will be designed by WMK and will have 145 New York-themed rooms, a bespoke restaurant and a roof-top bar with an infinity swimming pool. It is expected to open in 2019.
Colliers International’s Raymond Tran and Christopher Milou led the selection process for Icon Oceania’s first hotel project.
“Vibe Darling Harbour will be a well-timed addition to the market,” Mr Tran said. “Sydney’s hotel market will be stretched to capacity and with a number of large marquee conferences slated.”
