Service stations dominate Burgess Rawson Sydney portfolio auction schedule
Four service stations, two childcare centres and properties with medical, government and retail tenants are among the 17 assets scheduled to go under the hammer at the Burgess Rawson portfolio auction in Sydney tomorrow, August 2.
In June, the Burgess Rawson portfolio auction of 18 properties in Sydney generated sales of $45 million and an 84 per cent clearance rate as investors rushed to acquire well-leased commercial property before the end of the financial year.
A property in Wonthella, WA is also on the August 2 Sydney schedule. Another 15 properties will go to auction in Melbourne on Wednesday, August 3.
