Burgess Rawson is set to auction 31 properties – its largest auction for 2016 thus far – at its October investor portfolio auction, with service stations and childcare centres making up the bulk of listings.
The portfolio auction, held at Doltone House Hyde Park in Sydney on Tuesday October 25, is set to commence at 11am, with sections live streamed via Commercial Real Estate’s Facebook page.
All up there are nine service stations and six childcare centres set to be auctioned on the day.
