The Drover’s Inn, Moora
Located in the Wheatbelt town of Moora, The Drovers Inn is a Federation-style, two-storey hotel.
It comprises a large bar, sports bar and licensed bottle shop, a refurbished commercial kitchen, function space, dining area, plus a beer garden as well as a manager’s residence and staff quarters.

Federal Hotel, Collie
Built in 1901, the two-storey Federal Hotel sits on Collie’s main street and comprises a public bar, a commercial kitchen and bistro, an internal function room and beer garden.
There are also 13 accomodation rooms including a self-contained apartment.
“The sale includes the land and building on two adjoining freehold titles, the licensed hotel business and goodwill, plant, equipment and fit-out, and stock at valuation,” reads the listing.
The Plantagenet Hotel, Mount Barker
The Plantagenet Hotel occupies a prime 1884 square metre corner site and is a well-known local landmark in Mount Barker, beloved for its wraparound balcony and brick chimney stacks.
The property comprises the pub, which generates additional revenue through a restaurant and TAB facilities; nine hotel rooms and six motel units; and the bottle shop. There are two additional one-bedroom units for the hotel’s managers.
“It is a profitable asset as-is, but the potential is there to upgrade and enhance the accommodation and food and beverage offerings and reap the benefits,” says Wellington & Reeves agent Justin Tidbury, who is selling the property in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield.
