Sydney

Auschain has leased a 238-square-metre office space at 201 Elizabeth Street from Charter Hall and Abacus for $1125 per square metre net. The lease term is five years. Angela Carroll and Dean Bracken, from Colliers International negotiated the deal.

Seven Hills

Square Pegg Woodworks Pty Ltd has inked a deal for a 75-square-metre office and 403-square-metre warehouse on land area of 478 square metres at 2/49-51 Prime Drive, Seven Hills for $116.94 per square metre from private investor Lanahan. The site was leased for five years plus a five year option and comes with five parking bays. The deal was done to give the tenant a better location and more warehouse space. Terry Saba from Bawdens negotiated the lease.

Thornleigh

TLE Electrical has signed a lease for a 1,650-square-metre warehouse at Lot 7/35 Sefton Road on a five-year lease, with an additional five-year option. The initial gross rent is $185 per square metre. Owned by a private investor, the recently refurbished warehouse offers an open span, high clearance space with access via two roller doors. CBRE’s Peter Mangraviti, Ben Byford and Geoff Hunt negotiated the deal.

Seven Hills

Checkpoint Group has undertaken a lease for a 70-square-metre office and 273-square-metre warehouse on land area of 343 square metres at 2/28 Prime Drive for $146 per square metrs from a private landlord. The lease deal is three years plus a three year option. It will give the tenant larger space and comes with four car parking spaces. Robert Ally from Bawdens negotiated the lease.

Waterloo

9 Degrees has leased a 1,359-square-metre industrial building at 21-25 Danks Street from a private owner paying between $300-$400 per square metre gross under a five-year lease. The landmark industrial building is in an outstanding location, positioned on the corner of Danks Street and Bourke Street. The deal was negotiated by Edward Washer of Savills Australia who said 9 Degrees will transform the traditional building into a boulder climbing facility.

Seven Hills

Hilti (AUST) Pty Ltd has inked a lease deal for a 313-square-metre office and 1467-square-metre warehouse on land area of 1780 square metres at 5/163 Prospect Highway from a private investor for $110 per square metres. The lease term is five years plus a five year option and will give the tenant access to a large warehouse facility. Robert Ally from Bawdens and Brandan Wein from CBRE Parramatta, negotiated the lease.

SALES

Seven Hills

Zeitsch Superfund has raised $1.08 million from the sale of a 386-square-metre site comprising a 64-square-metre office and 322-square-metre warehouse at 1/8 Tollis Place to A&E Velonas. The site comes with three car parking bays. Graeme Scott from Bawdens negotiated the sale.

Moorebank

Private investor Todpeel Pty Ltd has paid $4.5 million for a 1476-square-metre office/warehouse complex at 15 Yulong Close. The local occupier needed to accommodate their growth and acquire a second premises. Paul Mileto from Link Property Services, negotiated the sale.
