Vince quickly became a qualified and highly respected Auctioneer. His exceptional public relations, marketing and negotiation skills have also seen him achieve numerous prestigious awards at both the Victorian regional and national levels, including Stockdale & Leggo's Number 2 Sales Consultant (from a pool of some 400 agents).

Vince is a third generation Italian-Australian who speaks fluent Italian. His family has been involved in the local community since his grandfather settled in Shepparton in the 1920's. He has strong connections in the local fruit industry and his family name is very well known throughout the Goulburn Valley.

Vince also has a strong business background, having owned and managed a successful venue in the local area for six years. Experienced in commercial property redevelopment, he then established, and currently owns and manages, Shepparton's first privately owned student accommodation complex.

His business ventures have seen Vince develop a large network of friendships and business associates. He is highly respected in the community and is well regarded as a man of integrity.
