Raff began his career in real estate in 1989 in residential and his experience has since spanned into commercial, industrial, retail, development sites, consulting and leasing throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area, specialising in the city fringe.

Raff was the Founder and Managing Director of the successful agency, ICR Property Group, more recently merging the agency with Gross Waddell and forming the partnership.
