Lilly Pearce is a big fan of ‘The Bay’ and area. She grew up in the stunning surrounds of the South Coast, graduated from Batemans Bay High School (2022), and knows the region like the back of her hand.

Lilly honed her skills in the hospitality industry and as a Pharmacist Assistant, providing attentive customer service all the way. In pharmacy, Lilly developed a respect for the need to comply with regulations and procedures in a truly methodical manner.

With a mature approach, Lilly excels in fast-paced environments, displaying a supportive attitude and highly developed organisational skills. Attention to detail is a core capability that is of great value in the multi-faceted real estate industry.

Lilly is super motivated, a whiz with technology, and a great contributor to Harcourts Batemans Bay’s busy operations. She gets a buzz out of applying her ability to multi-task to kick big goals, a skill that has enabled her to win multiple awards, including at the Pharmacy Guild of NSW and as a player of the South Coast CHS Volleyball Team.
