Brad Caldwell-Eyles

Over the years, Brad Caldwell-Eyles has been bestowed many awards for his state-wide, national and international sales achievements. He has set many property sales records across the Eastern Suburbs and is a published property commentator and sales trainer. He is proud to be within the REB Online Top 100 Real Estate Agents in 2015.

Born in northern NSW and attending country boarding school (Farrer), Brad has retained that rural charm that has resulted in his being regarded as one of the "nice guys" of Eastern Suburbs real estate. His move to St Andrew's College at Sydney University (to read Psychology, English Literature, Philosophy & Law) provided Brad with a broad foundation upon which he has built his supremely successful approach to the business of selling property.

As Principal of 1st City with his co-director Julian Hasemer, Brad strives to imbue into every component of the business and each member of the team those characteristics which have made Brad one of Sydney's most respected sales professionals. A vibrant and integral component of Brads operation is Cara Atchison who is across every facet of 1ST CITY and the needs of their valued clients.

Brad specialises in representing all residential real property within the regional triangle that extends between Potts Point, Watson's Bay and to Coogee (including Darling Point, Double Bay, Bellevue Hill, Rose Bay, Bondi & Vaucluse).

Brad is also well respected within the Real Estate community at large. He was invited to be the first local agent judge for the Cooley's Novice Auctioneering Competition for 2015. Furthermore he is also a member of the Fairfax Industry Advisory Board who advise on key matters affecting NSW such as product decisions, marketing decisions & pricing decisions amongst other matters.
