Sunshine Coast Council's newly created mountain bike trail cafe and bike hire facility is now open for Tender to Lease.
The Sugar Bag Road mountain bike facility offers a range of tracks from advanced to a junior area for children. The park is complimented with public amenities, showers, and a wash down bay.
The opportunity is to lease purpose-built new shipping container cafe and bike repair / service / hire.
The cafe is to provide a menu that is reflective of locally sourced and grown produce and presents a menu that caters to varying dietary requirements. An operation that looks to utlitise sustainable practises in its food preparation, use and waste processes. The menu selection and prices will need to suit the broad demographics of visitors.

- Building Area: 55m²*
- Required to enter three (3) to ten (10) year lease
- Minimum five days-a-week operation
- Permitted operation hours from 5am - 8pm (as a maximum)
