    This was our old location for our last 12 years, in Park Avenue. It's just up from Gurmesh Singh MLA, who is right next to the Woolies Car-Park! So you have parking out front, or in that car-park. The building itself has a private car-park. Occasionally, a space comes available, this will be extra to your rent if one comes available. When we moved from the Mall, I wondered if we'd get the same style of walk-by traffic. I must say I was pleasantly surprised that the number of people passing this office was most satisfactory! When we moved in, we installed ceiling fans - this reduces the effort needed of the air conditioner & eliminates it during the Dry Season. There also was installed an hard wired network - which is still there, (we had wi-fi as well) a timer for the flourescent lights out front & an additional fire extinguisher to supplement the existing water based example within. The foyer is sunken at first, but we adapted the entry there for wheelchair customers to enter & turn left. And the best thing about this office? We had our own toilet with vanity! $2,525 Total + GST 10% $252.50 = $2777.50/month
