On behalf of Landcom, Colliers is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced and capable developers to acquire three mixed use lots located at 160, 162 and 172 Lord Sheffield Circuit, Penrith. The site is located within the State Significant Development area also known as Thornton. It is the preference of Landcom to have all the lots sold in one-line and developed in a timely manner.
