There is a further 20 ha's or additional two thirds of land placed aside for further planting of approximately 10,000 walnut trees, once added.
    Dam and water supply: On the property there is a huge 50 mega-litre dam, a creek with a yearly licence, a bore with endless supply. Adjacent to the dam is a pump shed (3 phase power) with 5 separate irrigation pumps plus a huge dam pump, that feeds each walnut tree with the right amount of water through 8 computerised water Hydrant systems, that are all controlled from the home.
    Processing shed: Near new colour-bond 13m x 12m complete with 2 extra high large sliding doors plus a large lean-too alongside. This processing shed has been recently updated, allowing the processing of raw walnuts to a finished and bagged product ready for sale, Tamar Valley Walnuts, with your logo on each bag ready for export.
    Machinery included in the sale: This list is extensive - tractors, processing equipment, excavator, sprayers, slashers, etc - This vast plant and equipment list can be emailed on request. Note; machinery and equipment on this property are all stored under cover.
