Roxy Jacenko sells former Sweaty Betty HQ for $7.2m
Roxy Jacenko has offloaded her luxurious Sydney property for more than $7 million, cutting her final property tie with Australia.
The Paddington property, previously the headquarters of her public relations firm Sweaty Betty PR, sold just weeks after returning to the market with a heavily discounted price guide.
Jacenko’s former office first went to auction in May this year with expectations of $10 million or more, but failed to find a buyer.
Last month, a fresh campaign was launched with a new team of agents and a reduced guide of $7.5 million to $8 million.

The property has passed to new owners for $7.2 million, with selling agents Daniel Cipolla of IB Property and Alex Lyons of Raine & Horne Double Bay confirming the deal to nine.com.au.
Lyons said the property had multiple interested buyers once the listing relaunched at a lower price point.
“We had an amazing response to the campaign,” he said.
“It was priced right and it received a terrific response.”
Lyons described the property as “one of the best freehold offices” to hit the market this year and said the strong interest helped secure a deal in a matter of days.
Both Jacenko and the buyer were happy with the outcome, he said, although the identity of the new owner remains confidential.

The Sweaty Betty founder purchased the site in 2014 for $2.66 million before transforming it into the headquarters of her PR and talent management businesses.
As Jacenko continues her life abroad with her billionaire husband, Oliver Curtis, she has made it clear she does not plan to return to Australia.
“I’m now based in Singapore and have been for three years. With one of my children schooling in Switzerland and the other here in Singapore, a move back to Australia isn’t on the cards – so it feels like the right time to close this chapter,” Jacenko told the Australian Financial Review earlier this year.
The Paddington building was stripped back and completely rebuilt with architecture firm SJB and interior designer Blainey North.
Despite its years as a commercial headquarters, the site is zoned residential and has previously received conditional approval for a two-storey redevelopment containing six apartments.

The building also found itself in a bizarre neighbourhood saga in 2019, when Jacenko revealed an early morning jogger had repeatedly defecated between two cars on the street outside.
Dubbed the “poo jogger”, Jacenko exposed the culprit after posting CCTV footage of the repeated incidents.
The sale marks another step away from Jacenko’s former life in Sydney.
In 2023, she sold her five-bedroom, five-bathroom Vaucluse family home for a reported $16 million before relocating overseas.
That same year, she stepped down from Sweaty Betty PR, the business she founded almost two decades earlier.
Jacenko is based in Singapore with Curtis and their children, while her husband focuses on artificial intelligence infrastructure company Firmus.
