New sales executive for Savills brings strong apartment market background
Savills Australia has appointed Melissa Farina to the role of sales executive at the company’s Melbourne office.
Ms Farina joins Savills after more than 10 years in residential sales in the Melbourne market, with particular knowledge of the apartment market.
Savills’ state director residential projects, Joseph Catanese, said Ms Farina’s knowledge, experience and contacts would be invaluable as the team grew to meet the increasing demand for inner-city living.
“Melissa has a proven track record in sales particularly within Melbourne’s apartment market which has seen quite dramatic change over the last few years,” Mr Catanese said.
Ms Farina will be based at the firm’s 140 William Street office.
