From offices and pubs to farms and parking lots, Australian’s have loved trawling through the listings on Commercial Real Estate this year. 

We have run the data and rounded up the most-viewed listings in 2025.

10. New Farm, QLD

Taking 10th position is this freestanding commercial building on Brunswick Street in the Brisbane riverside suburb of New Farm.

It features floor-to-ceiling glasswork, comes with two on-site car parks and new carpet, and is close to the CBD and Valley precincts.

9. Ninth Island, Tasmania 

In ninth place is the aptly named Ninth Island, a 16-hectare landholding that sits about 12 kilometres from Bridport on Tasmania’s north-east coast, and is only accessible via boat or helicopter.

While Ninth Island is currently uninhabited, it is home to an abundance of wildlife, including penguins, seals and birds, and offers immense potential for small-scale ecotourism or a private retreat.

On offer at the eighth-most-viewed listing of the year is a 117-hectare land lease and a 25-hectare marine lease, with idyllic white-sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, home to vibrant coral reefs and diverse marine life.

7. Dawesville, WA

This large land parcel of 3871 square metres in Dawesville, about 88 kilometres south of Perth, is positioned to overlook The Cut Golf Course – with bonus views of the ocean. 

The block of land is close to Pyramids Beach and Port Bouvard Surf Life Saving Club and would suit a multi-dwelling high-rise development.

6. Merriwa, WA

Blocks of land in Western Australia were of high interest this year, and this 2482-square-metre commercial lot in the northern suburbs of Perth came in sixth place. 

The block features 34 metres of street frontage, is just 11 kilometres from the Joondalup CBD and is an “excellent opportunity for investors/builders or developers”, according to the listing.

The “meticulously maintained” holiday park offers a diverse mix of accommodation types. As well as 15 powered sites – nine caravan/tent and six tent – 51 long-term, semi-permanent caravan bays provide “significant annual income potential”, according to listing agent JLL.

4. Lyndoch, SA

Located in Lyndoch, in the Barossa Valley north of Adelaide, this 3173-square-metre property comes with four offices, a 3064-square-metre warehouse and a tank farm holding about 5809 kilolitres.

3. Kenilworth, QLD 

Set in Queensland’s beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland, this 1.4-hectare lifestyle property in Kenilworth is truly immersed in nature, including breathtaking feature gardens, fruit trees, fenced paddocks, animal shelters, a secret gazebo and an entertaining deck by a billabong.

The most-viewed listing on Commercial Real Estate in 2025 was Tullaree, an iconic 411-hectare South Gippsland property, which was listed publicly for the first time in 70 years. 

With extensive farming land, state-of-the-art infrastructure, new fencing, and a widely renowned c1907 homestead that was once open to the public, Tullaree is a grazier’s dream.
