Own a piece of the local scene: Quan's Kitchen is looking for a new operator to continue its legacy
“A new business owner could be up and trading very quickly.”

Business for sale: Fully fitted restaurant opportunity at Kippax Fair, Holt

There’s no sure-fire recipe for success in life – but in business, being in the right location can get you off to a flying start.

An operator seeking a fast and affordable entry into the hospitality industry might like to pair that with a fully fitted-out restaurant business in the popular Kippax Fair shopping centre in Holt.

Quan’s Kitchen in Hardwick Crescent has become a fixture for locals as a dining destination offering Chinese and Asian cuisine – dine-in, takeaway or delivery.

The 244-square-metre space offers a generous dining area, commercial kitchen, bar and multiple storage areas.

Paco Yip of Trusted Property Management says the sale is an opportunity to acquire a fully fitted and well-recognised restaurant business in Canberra’s north-west.

“This is a fully operational hospitality offering with a flexible setup suited to either owner-operators, family-run management or experienced restaurateurs seeking a ready-to-trade venue,” he says.

“A new operator could continue the business, refresh the brand or diversify the cuisine and the food operations.”

The asking price is $250,000, and rent is $85,000 a year plus GST.
