Before joining the agency, Zoie worked in cyber security intelligence with Internet 2.0 and spent more than four years with the Fijian Consulate General & Trade Commission, where she coordinated high-level government and business relationships, represented Fiji at international events and contributed to strengthening diplomatic and trade partnerships.

Having lived and worked in London, France, Singapore, Dubai and throughout Australia, Zoie has built a diverse career across government, private enterprise and the not-for-profit sector. She is also an accomplished entrepreneur, award-winning community leader and experienced public speaker, recognised for her leadership, innovation and commitment to making a positive impact.
