Yonika has lived in Lennox Head for the past 15 years, together with her husband, teenage boys, and two dogs. The local knowledge she has obtained over these years has given her an advantageous viewpoint of the fast-growing and dynamic local property market.

Add to this a true passion for real estate, which saw Yonika buy her first property during her early twenties, followed by purchasing and renovating other homes since.
