Willem leads JLL’s private sales business within the JLL Capital Markets team. Willem is responsible for providing investment and financial divestment advice for high net worth and private real estate owners across Sydney CBD and Sydney Fringe markets. He will be responsible for ensuring the most aggressive onshore capital is participating in on and off market sales processes.

Experience

With over 9 years of experience in property and investments, Willem has worked across both office leasing and capital markets businesses. He specialises in assisting clients with their market entry and exit strategies. On behalf of owners, investors and developers, Willem has assisted in transacting more than $240million in onshore capital for direct real estate transactions over the past three years.
