Victor brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, including several years working across capital markets, investment, and development properties at a senior level before moving into a management role.

He joined Ray White Commercial Western Sydney in 2019, and within just over a year was appointed Director of Asian Investment Services, a reflection of the results and trust he's built with clients across the region.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Property Economics and a Master of Property Development, and brings that academic depth to every deal through feasibility analysis, financial modelling, and deal structuring for both investment and development properties. As a bilingual (Mandarin/English) commercial specialist, he has built a genuine bridge between Western Sydney and the Asian investment market, connecting local opportunities with high net worth foreign investors and developers, while his analytical, strategic approach is equally valued by clients across the private, institutional, and government sectors.
