With more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Victor Lai brings extensive knowledge across residential and commercial property sales, property management, business development, commercial leasing and business sales.

Having previously owned and operated his own real estate business as a Principal, Victor has developed a strong understanding of property from both an agency and business perspective. His experience spans residential and commercial transactions, property management, client relationship management, negotiation, business development and portfolio growth.

At LJ Hooker Property Partners, Victor leads the development of the Commercial & Business Advisory division, assisting property owners, investors and business owners with commercial sales, commercial leasing, commercial property management and business sales.

Alongside his commercial role, Victor continues as Residential Business Development Manager, working closely with residential property investors and landlords across rental appraisals, property management strategies and portfolio growth. He also remains actively involved in residential property sales, providing clients with continuity across the management, acquisition and sale of their property investments.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Victor is well positioned to assist a diverse range of local and international clients. His multilingual capability, combined with his extensive real estate experience and background as a business owner, allows him to understand clients' objectives and provide practical, commercially focused advice.

Victor's approach is centred on building long-term relationships and providing clients with a broad range of property and business services. Whether assisting with a residential investment, selling a home, leasing or selling a commercial property, growing a commercial portfolio or selling a business, Victor is committed to helping clients navigate each transaction with confidence.

Outside of real estate, Victor has a strong passion for music and enjoys playing the piano, violin and guitar. He is also an animal lover and enjoys art, travel, dining and film.
