Vicki Sayers

It came as no surprise to anyone when Vicki decided to follow in the footsteps of her father and pursue a career in real estate. Vicki’s family have always been active in the property market. With the benefit of this experience, Vicki has developed a very deep and astute market insight and understanding, so much so that even before she made the decision to join the profession her friends, family and colleagues turned to her for trusted property advice.

Over the course of her career, as a Director and fully licensed agent, Vicki has consistently achieved outstanding results for her clients, guiding and advising, and ultimately enabling them to achieve their property and lifestyle aspirations. Her passion for what she does is clear in all that she undertakes. She is relentlessly hard working and determined, yet she engages naturally and easily with both vendors and buyers. Her expertise and ability has been recognised many times over, including being named REIV Sales Person of the Year in 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020, 2021, 2022 (executive), REB Residential Sales Person of the Year (Regional) 2020 as well as being listed amongst the top 50 Women in Real Estate across Australia in 2016, 2019 and 2020. Vicki also leads an award winning team - REIV Sales Team of the Year 2022 & 2023; REIA (national) Sales Team of the Year 2023.

For Vicki, it’s not rewards that drive her. Vicki is a Mornington Peninsula local, generations of her family have lived in the area, so she not only has deep insight into the local property market, but she feels a strong connection to the local community. With that comes a responsibility to ensure that at all times she acts with integrity, professionalism and unqualified respect for those around her. “For me, real estate is a little bit about houses, and a lot about people and the relationships built along the way,” says Vicki.
