Prior to joining Ray White Commercial Western Sydney, Troy worked for over 10 years in the "Developer' side of the commercial real estate industry. During that time, Troy specialised in land acquisition and project development. Having honed his skills there, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge and experiences in brown and greenfield sites right up to approved and under-development assets. He has worked across all aspects of the development life-cycle - due diligence, feasibility studies, development application processes, contract management, and planning legislation. Troy prides himself on his strong research and practical skills which allow him to immerse himself in deep-dive analysis' of potential assets. His focus is on bringing those skills to bare on all site assessments with the end goal being to make every transaction easier and more profitable for his clients.

With his passion and commitment to hard-work and a focus on the details, Troy aims to provide quality service and build relationships with clients, and more importantly, maintain those relationships in the long term.

Troy graduated from Sydney University with a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin. During his leisure time, Troy is an avid basketball player. He also is a big fan of fishing and snorkeling.
