Tricia has an enviable reputation for her strong customer focus, superior negotiation skills, hard work ethic and conflict resolution. Having spent many years working in customer service including sales and recruitment roles and even studying the Fundamentals of Customer Service, she is well equipped for her Property Manager role. She constantly strives to maintain and balance procedures and process, whilst nurturing relationships.

Having worked in real estate since 2001, Tricia brings a wealth of experience to her position in the Jellis Craig Property Management team, where she can fulfil her love of dealing with people and property.

Passionate about the many attributes of our beautiful region, in her free time she loves getting out and about and enjoying our vibrant food and wine scene, spending time with her two adult daughters and travelling with her husband.
