Establishing the Business Broking division at Amber Werchon Property, Trevor Tiplady brings with him in excess of 25 years experience in business sales and has also owned and operated nine family businesses during this time.

Prior to 1991 when Trevor commenced his career as a Business Broker, he worked in commercial and corporate banking at senior management level. Trevor has also been involved in commercial leasing and sales, residential sales and development projects.

Trevor's extensive experience as a broker and business owner has equipped him with the critical skills and knowledge needed to facilitate and negotiate a successful outcome for his clients, including assistance with sourcing finance, guidance with financial projections, listing price recommendations, competitor analysis and formulating a smooth exit strategy for owners.

Trevor and his wife Margaret now call Mooloolaba home and have three children and four grandchildren. When not working, Trevor enjoys lawn bowls, family time and fishing.
