Tracie has been part of the Ray White business since 1999 and took the reins to Ray White Parkes in 2006 and has both relocated and grown the business to now have 4 agencies, over 20 staff and almost 1000 properties under management.

Over the years Tracie and her staff have been the recipients of many prestigious awards including number 1 sales for the region, the state, and multiple qualifications as an 'Elite Performer'.

Tracie holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from Charles Sturt University, a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Australian Institute of Business a Master Of Business Administration (MBA) completing a research project in order to gain her Masters Degree in Business Management. She holds many other qualifications including a Certificate IV in Property Services, Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Cert IV in Training and Assessing and Certificates in Coaching & Mentoring and Nero Linguistic Programming. Tracie is a licenced Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, Business Agent, Auctioneer and accredited Commercial Agent. She speaks 2 languages and is a serving board member for the Real Estate Institute's Country Chapter, Regional Development Australia, Parkes Chamber of Commerce and has recently accepted the position of Chair for the Country Universities Centre Parkes. She loves gardening and is also a volunteer for the NSW Wildlife Rescue Service (Wires).

Tracie is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Women in Leadership Australia as well as industry bodies NSW Real Estate Industry and Real Estate Employers Federation. Recently Tracie has had the honour of being invited to share her knowledge as guest speaker at Ray White's Rural Muster in QLD as well as previous conferences such as the Wealth Conference in QLD, Business Owner's Flywheel Conference in Sydney and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria's Young Agent's Chapter.

Tracie prides herself on local knowledge yet networks on a national basis to ensure exposure to those area's of business and industry that will benefit her clients the most. Long term exposure to mining, commercial and rail industries alike provides her the expertise to assist at the highest commercial level whilst still taking the time to care for clients right through to entry level residential housing.With a particular interest in property development, Tracie is currently completing a Masters Degree in Property Development and Investment through Sydney's University of Technology quoting that "whilst residential land development has not played a large role in agency work in our region over the last 20 years, it will definitely play a major role over the next 20" says Tracie. "Property and Land Development is a very specialised area of agency work and at Ray White we ensure we are expert's in our field".
