I have transacted and introduced capital to well over $25Billion, with some major highlights including the Transformational Milestone Portfolio, on behalf of Blackstone to ESR -$3.8B. Other notable transactions include the Aldi sale and leaseback portfolio for $930M and the recapitalisation of Kingdom Portfolio for $825M.
