Ray White Highfields (and formerly Toowoomba Range) has been independently owned and operated by Tony Franke and his partner Narelle Hosking since December 2005.

Local community is important to Tony and the team, often supporting Christmas campaigns like the Little Ray of Giving which enables the community and staff members to contribute gifts for children that would otherwise go without at that special time of year.

He has also supported sporting groups including the Highfields Junior Rugby League and several sports stars in soccer. Sponsorship of the Highfields Village Shopping Centre Block Party and Toowoomba Turf Club as well as Showjumping competitions and many more smaller community initiatives.
