A Licensed Real Estate Agent and Licensed Auctioneer, Tom has extensive knowledge of the local Real Estate market and has been credited with a number of achievement awards including being inducted as a Life Member of the exclusive LJ Hooker Multi Million Dollar Chapter which represents the top 5% of achievers throughout the international network and more recently was awarded the winner of the 2011 Auction Icon in NSW/ACT, an annual competition to identify the networks best Auctioneers.
