- the 110-apartment Burleigh Mediterranean Resort, the fifth largest sale of a Gold Coast management rights business, acquired by ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts in 2023;

- the 436-apartment permanent-letting Sphere Southport Living, which set a record as Southport’s largest ever management rights transaction in 2024;

- the 205-apartment Sovereign Gold Coast, sold to Seabreeze Resorts in 2025; and

- the 257-apartment Cienna Varsity Ridge, which sold off-the-plan and set a record multiplier for a residential development in 2024.

Todd’s excellence in management rights has been recognised with several ResortBrokers’ awards over the years, including Rising Star in 2018/19, back-to-back wins as Volume Broker of the Year in 2019/20 and 2020/21, Management Rights Broker of the Year in 2021/22, and Top Sales Broker in 2025.
