Todd has worked in commercial real estate in Townsville for over 25 years including 10 years with Colliers. Todd has extensive local property knowledge and is highly experienced in the commercial and industrial sales sector. Over his time in real estate, Todd has developed a broad client base of both private and corporate clients. He has acted in major task appointments for such clients as News Limited, Westpac, BP, Townsville City Council, Coles, Australia Post and various receiver and manager appointments.

Todd’s sales record includes the brokerage of the Epic Property Group portfolio disposal ($18 million), CEC Group’s purchase of 53 hectares of industrial land at the Bohle ($16 million) and the sale of 22 Walker Street, a 7 level CBD office tower ($11.6m). Todd also played a key role in the disposal of Queensland Rail’s former maintenance yards which were acquired by Leighton Properties ($32 million).

For his performance in 2021, 2022 and 2024, Todd was recognised as an ‘Outstanding Revenue Achiever’. This is awarded to individuals who, through dedication in developing their expertise, client engagement, service excellence and collaboration are acknowledged as the highest achievers nationally in the Colliers Australian Awards of Excellence.
