Tim Woolner brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a deep-seated passion for real estate to his role as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.

With a rich background as a Senior Itinerant Technical Officer for Education Queensland, Tim has honed his skills in strategic planning, asset management, and high-level client advisory. His extensive experience in IT, combined with a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology Networking, a Certificate III in Education Support and a Diploma in Leadership and Management, has equipped him with excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Tim's journey in real estate is fueled by a lifelong interest inspired by his family. He has personally bought, sold, renovated, and restored properties, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in property transactions and the local real estate landscape. His practical knowledge is further supported by formal qualifications, including a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and a Diploma of Property.

Known for his friendly and assertive approach, Tim excels in building strong relationships with clients. His ability to negotiate effectively and his keen understanding of the real estate market make him a trusted advisor for both buyers and sellers. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his energetic Kelpie at the beach and indulging in his love for coffee, as well as spending time with friends and family while taking full advantage of the Sunshine Coast lifestyle and all it has to offer.
