    About Tim Simon

    Tim has been heavily involved in Albany’s Commercial Property Leasing & Management scene for the last 18 years, managing a very large majority of Albany’s commercial property for various landlords. Be it the small single property owner, to the large multiple property owner with extensive portfolios, Tim’s experience and rapport with both owner and tenant have been highly praised, trusted and recommended. Prior to that Tim had over 22 years experience in the banking sector, mainly in commercial banking. This combined knowledge and experience places him at the forefront of Albany’s Commercial Property Management and Leasing community, utilising his vast experience with marketing, customer service and communication skills, negotiations, compliance with relevant acts which we operate under, legal and lease documentation, financial management and reporting and also leading a large property management department / agency, to ensure the best possible service is delivered each and every time. Tim started his Commercial Property Management career with Professionals Arthur Johnston Snowball back in the middle of 2004 and worked under the tutorage and influence of Doug Pearson for 5 years. In late 2009 he moved to work for Rino Daniele, running and managing his property management department until he sold to Barry and Kathleen here at Wellington & Reeves back in mid 2018. At this time Tim came across to Wellington & Reeves as part of the sale to oversee the Commercial Property Management for Barry and Kathleen, thus began his Wellington & Reeves career. Barry and Kathleen have been very respectful and supportive in Tim’s role here at Wellington & Reeves and in that time he has assisted them on the logistical side of purchasing additional rent rolls and growing the business further, earning the loyalty and confidence of owners and tenants alike along the way. Loyalty to his employer is extremely important, as well as to his owners and tenants, this is a key factor to ensuring the best possible service is delivered each and every time. Tim prides himself on honesty and integrity in all instances. Tim has been a permanent Albany local for the last 30 years and Albany is well and truly home for his family and himself. Tim love’s dealing in a local environment and involves himself with his children’s sports and school, plus quality family time.
