Tim Saunders

Tim is the founder of the Saunders Property Group. Tim has been in the sales industry for 14 years however decided to take what became a very successful path in the Real Estate industry after a change from many years living in Sydney building and running diverse successful businesses. Saunders Property Group opened it's first office in 2008 in Burnie with a subsequent one in Devonport in 2010. Having forged an enviable reputation as a very successful boutique agency in a highly established and competitive market, Saunders Property is now based out of Launceston with a mobile sales team covering the north west coast through to north east of Tasmania.

As a father of two beautiful children, Olivia and Will, outside of the office, Tim’s passion is his cycling and he completed his goal of 1200 km of the Tour de France in July, 2013. He has also competed extensively in yacht racing, so loves the outdoors and enjoys relaxing at the family farm.
