Tim has worked in commercial real estate since 1974. For the majority of that time he has been involved in leasing and investment sales. Apart from a period of 6 years when Tim was a Director of Knight Frank (NSW), he has worked in the Adelaide market and is acknowledged as an expert in the leasing field. Whilst predominantly acting for owners of property, Tim has also acted for many tenants in negotiations to lease space and has been able to apply his knowledge of the market and negotiation skills to effect the best outcome for his clients.
