Tim Gleeson has more than 10 years property and valuation experience, having worked across the 

rural sector for organisations such as CA Brown Associates and Moree Real Estate. Tim has worked 

with some of Northern New South Wales and the border regions most noted clients. 

Growing up in rural Queensland Tim developed a passion for the land and the local community. He 

understands it’s not simply what you do but how you deal with a person that counts. His 

professional credentials, coupled with an understanding of what rural communities need has seen Tim 

prosper in his career.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Property (Real Estate and Valuation), he is an Associate member of the 

Australian Property Institute and an active member of the Goondiwindi Picnic Race Committee.
