Tess has been with Theo Poulos Real Estate since 2012, having begun her career in Reception/Administration which allowed her to gain knowledge and experience across the whole agency. Tess proved herself as a hardworking, committed employee with a meticulous attention to detail. In 2015 Tess became the Property Management Supervisor for Residential Property Management, effectively managing the team to achieve outstanding results for our clients. She has focused on ensuring her team are knowledgeable, efficient and proactive and promotes a team atmosphere within the department.

Tess’ professional approach, positive attitude and exceptional communication skills provide all our clients with the best possible experience. Tess is passionate about new industry technologies and processes which allow the team to work in an efficient manger and which facilitate the best client/customer experiences.
