Tanisha joined the RWC Noosa & Sunshine Coast team in 2023 and has built a strong foundation across administration and property management before moving into her current role as a Commercial Property Associate.

In her role, Tanisha provides vital support to the sales and leasing team, ensuring seamless processes and an exceptional client experience. Known for her efficiency, attention to detail, and commitment to service, she helps keep transactions and campaigns running smoothly from start to finish.

While her primary focus is on operational support, Tanisha has recently begun assisting with leasing transactions as she builds her expertise in the commercial property sector.

She is also completing a Bachelor of Business (Real Estate and Property Development) to strengthen her knowledge and deliver even greater value to clients and colleagues.
