Sue is our newest member joining Tropical Property in November 2017. We’ve actually known Sue and her family for many years after Susie gave her her start in real estate some ten years ago. Sue has joined us as our new property manager looking after our always growing portfolio of happy landlords and fabulous tenants. With a range of management skills and bubbly personality Sue now has both the support and systems infrastructure to ensure that new and existing residents can enjoy great homes and an easy lifestyle in this beautiful tropical region.

Sue, like all of us at Tropical Property ended up fulfilling a dream by moving to live in this wonderful area. Originally from South Australia, Sue longed for real beaches, continuous electricity supply and some occasional rainfall. And after much research decided that most of this could be found in a tiny beautiful place called Mission Beach. Along with husband Gavin, Sue has managed two full time jobs for many years – yes Sue also has challenged herself with trying to raise and control three spirited children. Now in their teens, they have all grown up going to school barefoot as you do here with Mr Robbo (the principal at Mission Beach school) and then on to high school. Patience is perhaps an understatement to describe Sue, and so as much as her business and administrative experience was important, it’s the fact that Sue knows how to handle real life challenges that convinced us to employ her !

Sue’s business credentials along with her intimate knowledge of renting, buying, building and living in Mission Beach again support the depth of real and current experiences for tenants and owners, prospective buyers and investors that Tropical Property offers.
