Stu’s best described as a genuine, relatable, and thoughtful person with a less traditional pathway into the real estate industry. In 2021 he purchased a small Real Estate office in Buninyong after having been a business and commercial broker since 2014. Applying his negotiation skills and professional experience to helping residential clients sell and purchase their most important and valuable asset was a natural fit.

Stu’s approach to real estate is different from most agents. He has an innate ability to ask important questions to understand what the process means to the people involved. Stu believes there’s a story behind every transaction and getting to know that story is integral to ensuring the buyers and sellers experience is as positive as possible. A skilled negotiator, he’s often called on to represent his clients who are buying from another agent.

With connections to Ballarat going back to the late 50’s he moved to the region with a young family in 2006. Stu is an active community member on club committees and not for profit boards volunteering his time to help others. On a personal level Stu describes himself as a much better student in his “mature’ years than he was at school, and he’s more serious about his health and fitness now than he was in his younger years.
