In his role within the Commercial Sales & Leasing team, Steven sells and leases retail, office, mixed-use and industrial properties throughout Melbourne. His vast experience means that property developers and architects often consult him as part of their pre-purchase process for advice regarding floor layouts of retail shops and potential rental prior to acquiring a development site.

Steven has a relaxed, personal style and is passionate about communicating openly, honestly and regularly with his clients. He is known for his proactive approach to customer service and his ability to build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Steven has also worked across the residential market – from selling off-the-plan apartments and homes to land sales and project marketing. He’s advised the Victorian Government on acquisitions, disposals and leasing, and worked with a number of international developers and investors.
